Purchasing near a military base?  It's important to research the military installation before you buy or rent to determine how the enjoyment of your home is going to be affected by noise from jet airplanes and helicopters or if you are in an accident potential zone.  You as a buyer need to research whether the property you are purchasing is:

1. In the territory of the vicinity of a military airport or ancillary military facility
2. In a high noise or accident potential zone
3. Under a military training route
4. In the electronic training zone
