The Licensing and Professional Education Division protects the public by issuing licenses to qualified persons and entities and maintaining accurate licensing records. The Division also strives to improve the quality of real estate prelicensure and continuing education through review and evaluation of real estate schools, instructors and courses. In addition, it oversees the license examination process.
