Short Title: Subdivision Public Report Application Form, Changes

This substantive policy statement is advisory only. A substantive policy statement does not include internal procedural documents that only affect the internal procedures of the agency and does not impose additional requirements or penalties on regulated parties or include confidential information or rules made in accordance with the Arizona Administrative Procedure Act. If you believe that this substantive policy statement does impose additional requirements or penalties on regulated parties you may petition the agency under ARS 41-1033 for a review of the statement.

Description of Practice/Procedure: The Application for Subdivision Public Report may be updated on a quarterly basis to insure proper and full disclosure to prospective purchasers. This is subject to public health, safety, and welfare issues which may result in an immediate change to the subdivision application form.

A. Prior to publication of the updated application form, a draft will be provided to

stakeholders for review. Stakeholders will be provided no less than ten (10)

business days to provide comment to the Department.

B. After receiving and reviewing stakeholder comments, the updated application form

will be published and placed on the Department website for download by

applicants.

Authority: A.R.S. § 32-2181 provides the Commissioner authority to create and modify the application form for public report.
