ARTICLE 4 SALE OF SUBDIVIDED LANDS

32-2185.08. Recordable forms of contracts.

Each purchaser of subdivided land under a contract as defined in section 33-741 shall be provided with a copy in recordable form of the contract on its execution by the purchaser and seller.
