As your Commissioner for Arizona’s Department of Real Estate (ADRE), I am working with community leaders and industry professionals to better protect consumers and promote Arizona’s reputation for having a legitimate and professional real estate industry. We are accomplishing this through more education and better enforcement of existing laws.
Our website contains a spectrum of information to include new initiatives to achieve our goals such as the Community Outreach and Education (COE) program, Commissioner Community Conversations (Triple C) and Workgroups. You can also learn more about buying property in Mexico, earth fissures, how to file a complaint, and even how to become licensed to sell real estate in Arizona; and the list goes on.
