The Department, like most state agencies, has a number of forms for various purposes.  These forms provide for application for an initial real estate license or renewal of a license, for application to become a real estate school or instructor, to receive a Public Report in order to develop and sell property in a subdivision, to file a complaint against a licensee, and so forth.

Department forms also provide for applying for payment from the Department's Recovery Fund as well as ordering copies of the Law Book (real estate statutes and rules).  In addition, this area provides for ordering / subscribing to the Department's bulletin, Dialog.
