- Applicants use this form when applying for approval to operate a real estate school. This form may be also utilized to renew an
existing real estate school’s certificate of approval to operate a school.
Form ED-101 - Application For Real Estate Instructor Approval - rev. 07/09
- Accredited real estate schools submit this form on behalf of instructor applicants to request approval as a real estate course
instructor.
Form ED-102-CE/PE Application for Certificate of Course Approval – Continuing Education/Prelicensure Education – rev. 07/09
- Accredited real estate schools use this form to request approval for a continuing education course/prelicensure education course (live
classroom instruction). This form may be also utilized to renew an existing real estate school’s certificate of course
approval.
Form ED-103 - Request For Expedited Instructor Approval - rev. 08/06
- Accredited real estate schools use this form to request approval for an instructor currently approved at another approved school or to
supplement the credentials of an approved instructor for the submitting school.
Form ED-104 - Application for Distance Learning Course Approval - rev. 07/09
- Accredited real estate schools use this form when applying for new distance learning course approval. This form may be also
utilized to renew an existing real estate school’s certificate of distance learning course approval.
Form ED-105 - Request for Additional Certificate of Course Approval - rev. 10/05
- Accredited real estate schools use this form to request a Certificate of Course approval for the school to present a course that has
already been approved by ADRE for presentation by another school.
Form ED-106 - School Owner or Administrator Statement of Qualifications - rev. 07/09
- This form is to be completed for each natural person, or for an entity application, any person exercising control of the entity, who
applies for original or renewal approval to operate an accredited real estate school.
Form ED-108 - Instructor / Owner / Administrator Update - rev. 07/09
- School administrators/instructors utilize this form when renewing approval as a real estate instructor or school administrator.
