Directions to Phoenix Office

Note:

If you are traveling from out of town and are unfamiliar with the Phoenix area, we suggest you use

to obtain driving directions.

The Department's Phoenix office is located at 2910 N. 44th Street, in a brown, four-story building at the North-West corner of Thomas Road and 44th Street, just to the West of the Bank of America branch building.

You may enter the parking lot from the Southbound lane of 44th Street, or through the parking structure from Thomas Road. You may park on the top level of the parking structure or in visitor parking spaces behind the building.
