ACTIVE DIALOG WITH THE PUBLIC & INDUSTRY STAKEHOLDERS
Commissioner Wercinski values feedback, input, and ideas from the public, the stakeholders, and the Department employees.  As a result, several stakeholder meetings have already taken place and more are planned!  These meetings build mutual respect and a cooperative mood.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND EDUCATION (COE)
The Department and Commissioner Wercinski are going ON-THE-ROAD to visit communities across Arizona starting March 19, 2007.  Our COE Team will provide:

• Open dialog with the public across the state
• Seminar on proper subdividing
• Assistance with real estate licensing
• Answer license and education questions
• Settlement conferences

• Added broker features to ADRE On-line licensing functions

Licensee Expiration Alerts Distributed Electronically Monthly (LEAD EM)
Agents and Brokers who have a current email address in their personal profile at ADRE will receive curtousy notices of their eligibility to renew their license.  LEAD 'EM notices are sent to respective licensees 90, 60 and 30 days prior to a license expiring.  ADRE replaced the former postcard notice with the LEAD 'EM program to increase efficiency, save resources and provide better service to our customers.  To update your email address, CLICK HERE and login to go to your profile.
