Welcome to the Arizona-Mexico Transactions website developed by the Arizona Department of Real Estate Arizona-Mexico Transactions Stakeholders Committee, whose mission is to: “Protect the public interest while facilitating bi-national real estate transactions.”

The Committee recognized that there was a wealth of information available on Arizona-Mexico Transactions, but the information was not organized in a user friendly format that encourages education.  Therefore, the Committee developed this website to make the existing available information more accessible and user-friendly by identifying associations and professionals that can assist in each aspect of the transaction as a “first-stop” before engaging in an Arizona-Mexico real estate transaction.

The objective for providing information on these following pages, is to give the unfamiliar reader an opportunity to learn some basic rules on purchasing and selling real estate in Mexico, as well as to provide the reader with additional source contacts that might be used.

Although the information and contact alternatives are not exhaustive, they should serve as a starting point.  We hope you will use the content and if there are any questions, please do make contact with the proper sources, since these pages are solely provided as a public service.
